Overview
The City of Irving, Texas, a thriving municipality within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, has a vision for community engagement that includes accessible digital services for its residents and visitors. With over a dozen public parks spread across its jurisdiction, the City recognized a growing demand for reliable wireless connectivity to support recreational use, city operations, and digital equity initiatives.
To meet this demand, the city partnered with Solid IT Networks, a leading IT solutions integrator, known for its high-touch service model and technical expertise in network design and deployment. Solid IT, in collaboration with Cambium Networks, delivered a robust and scalable Wi-Fi solution that now serves 13 parks across the city.
