Hours of Service

Customers who have purchased Cambium Care will receive support service 24 x 7 x 365. Otherwise a ticket will be opened, and we will work on the request during the customer’s normal business hours (9am-5pm), Monday through Friday.

Submit Online (Recommended)

To submit a request online:

  1. Log into the Support Center portal with your Cambium Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials. If you do not have an account, register for a free account here.
  2. Click “Submit A Request”.
  3. Select the appropriate request form.
  4. Complete the form, and a ticket will be opened.
