Participants in Cambium Care Prime, Advanced and Pro will receive immediate service 24 x 7 x 365. Otherwise a ticket will be opened, and we will work on the request during the customer’s business hours, Monday through Friday.

Support Center Portal

The Support Center portal is at support.cambiumnetworks.com. To submit a request for technical support or RMA assistance online:

  1. Log into the portal with your Cambium Single Sign-On (SSO) and password
  2. Click “Submit A Request”
  3. Select the appropriate request form
  4. Complete the form, and a ticket will be opened
