MarketApps is an advanced service in cnMaestro X that enhances the value of a Cambium network by offering microservices-based applications tailored to specific use cases. This framework is designed to address the unique challenges faced by enterprises and managed service providers.

Specialized Apps for MDU MSPs:

Two applications available for MarketApps are targeted at managed Wi-Fi use cases in multi-dwelling unit deployments, including multi-family residences, student housing, assisted living, and RV parks.

1. Managed Wi-Fi Application: Manage Wi-Fi networks across properties, supporting both community-wide and personalized Wi-Fi networks with full control and customization.

  • Community Wi-Fi: Administrators can create and manage a single SSID used by all property residents.
  • Personal Wi-Fi: Residents can set up and manage their own unique SSID.

2. Self-Service Personal Wi-Fi Application: Empowers tenants to set up their personalized Wi-Fi networks with a streamlined process. The setup process includes:

  • QR Code Setup:
    Administrators provide tenants with a QR code.
  • Access Portal:
    Tenants scan the QR code and verify their email.
  • Email Link:
    Tenants receive an email with a link to the Wi-Fi Manager App.
  • Connect:
    Tenants create and connect to their personalized Wi-Fi network.
