Raymond has a deep background in Operations in the high tech industry. He has led many transformational initiatives to create an enduring culture of people development, growth and high performance.
Prior to joining Cambium Networks, as Senior Vice President of Operations at Ixia, Raymond was instrumental in delivering on customer satisfaction while scaling the operations. He also served in different leadership roles at Flextronics where he built a global team focused on developing supply chain solutions for several high profile customers. In his career Raymond has managed M&A reviews, acquisition integrations, plants opening, facility consolidation and sophisticated technology transfers.
Raymond holds a Global Executive MBA from Duke University and B.S. in Logistics Engineering and Business Administration from NHTV International Hogeschool Breda.
