Ecommerce Marketplace Policy

Many of Cambium Networks’ products are available on online retailer websites. To ensure a consistent and professional experience for our customers, Cambium Networks has published this policy, which applies to ecommerce and online retailer sites, including, but not limited to: Amazon, eBay, Jet, Newegg, Overstock, and Walmart.

PRICING POLICIES (MAXIMUM DISCOUNT POLICY, MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE, AND MANUFACTURER’S SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE):

Full Cambium Networks pricing policies are available in individual agreements and on the partner portal. These include:

  • MDP – Maximum Discount Policy: Includes partner pricing and discounts.
  • MAP – Minimum Advertised Price: When advertising is allowed below MSRP, it will be indicated by MAP pricing; otherwise, MSRP is the lowest advertised price.
  • MSRP – Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price: The lowest advertised price on any medium.

SELLER NAMES/TRADING NAMES/ALIASES:

Cambium Networks understands that some partners wish to remain anonymous to established customers when selling through third-party online retailers. Cambium needs to know when its contracted partners are selling through these channels and, therefore, requires that all aliases be registered with Cambium Networks before offering Cambium products under such aliases. All registrations of alias names with Cambium Networks will be kept confidential.

LISTINGS:

Cambium Networks (or its designated representative) will create listings for popular products on ecommerce websites. Cambium partners should use only these listings. If additional product listings are required, partners may request them by contacting Cambium Networks. If errors are found in the listing, please advise Cambium Networks as soon as possible and we will update/correct the listing. Any partners may use the official listings to sell the products. To maintain a consistent and professional representation, Cambium Networks may request that non-Cambium-created listings be removed. Products should not be listed as multipacks or bundles unless that is the standard package size or standard accessories supplied. Bundles or multipacks, when available, will have separate UPC codes available from Cambium. Listings must adhere to all rules of the marketplace they are listed under.

UPC CODES:

Cambium Networks assigns UPC/GTIN codes to products that will be listed on ecommerce sites. The assigned codes will be indicated in the Price Lists and/or a separate UPC List, posted to the partner portal. UPC codes allow Cambium to create unique listings. All listing must use a Cambium UPC code. Listing may not use random codes, codes assigned to other vendors, or codes obtained from third party “surplus” sellers. Use of non-Cambium UPC codes for Cambium product listings is a violation of Cambium, Amazon, and GS1 policies.

REGISTERED PARTNERS:

Only registered Cambium Networks Ecommerce Authorized Reseller partners are permitted to sell on ecommerce sites, such as Amazon. Amazon itself is NOT a registered partner. Cambium partners may not sell to or through Amazon. Ecommerce Authorized Resellers contracted with Cambium Networks may sell on Amazon and have Amazon fulfill the order (“Sold by XYX, fulfilled by Amazon,” including Fulfilled by Amazon Prime). Products purchased on third-party Ecommerce sites, such as Amazon, from a company that is not authorized by Cambium Networks to sell on such third-party sites, are not covered by any Cambium Networks warranty.
