• The closing date to register is December 31, 2024 or while supplies last.
• The Registrant must be an IT professional with a valid corporate or organizational email address, and a legitimate need to procure Wi-Fi network equipment within the next 12-months.
• The Registrant must be located within the United States or its territories, or Canada.
• The Registrant must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• This program is subject to local, state and federal laws.
• The Registrant and his/her organization or company shall be eligible to receive one cnPilot e410 Wi-Fi Access Point at no cost as part of this program.
• To receive the benefit of the cnPilot e410 Wi-Fi Access Point, Registrant must open a cnMaestro Essentials Cloud Account at https://cloud.cambiumnetworks.com/index.html prior to the cnPilot e410 Wi-Fi Access Point shipping. There is no fee for the Essentials cloud account which is used to configure and provide services to the provided cnPilot e410 Wi-Fi AP. For advanced functionality and troubleshooting options, Registrant may purchase a cnMaestro X subscription at any time.
• By opening a cnMaestro Essential Cloud Account or cnMaestro X subscription account, Registrant automatically agrees to be subject to the terms and conditions at cnMaestro Terms of Service
• EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS OR THE CNMAESTRO TERMS OF SERVICE, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS, CONDITIONS, UNDERTAKINGS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY) WITH RESPECT TO THIS EQUIPMENT AND SERVICE, WHICH INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES OF QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.

• By participating in this program Registrant agrees to release and hold harmless Cambium Networks, it affiliates, employees, shareholders, representatives and contractors from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of or connected with the participation in this program or receipt or use of the prize. Registrant further waives any and all rights to any damages whatsoever including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.
• Any and all claims, actions or disputes arising from or in connection with the program or receipt or use of the prize shall be resolved exclusively within the federal or state courts of the State of Illinois and subject to the governing law of the State of Illinois.
