The candidate will be part of the team working on Cambium’s next generation Point to Multipoint (PMP) product line, incorporating LTE technology. Cambium Networks is seeking a self-driven design and development of system and networking features, and porting to new hardware platforms, responsible for concise documentation of architecture and functionality of the feature being developed.
This job will involve some or all of the following tasks for new and existing products.

The Bangalore engineering department is a major R&D center for software, hardware, RF, and test, with customer support, production support, finance and HR on-site.

The primary objective of the Supply Operations team is to ensure that the Cambium Networks supply chain is focused on supporting the needs of the business; through the timely delivery of high quality and cost-effective products from a competitive supply base while adhering to global Trade Compliance requirements. Positioning inventory throughout the supply chain while ensuring excess and obsolescence is minimized is a core objective.
The successful candidate will develop a R&D center in Taiwan, which includes recruiting and leading a multi discipline team of engineers in the development of PMP and Wi-Fi equipment, for use and sale around the world. Based in Taiwan, they will coordinate the development life cycle with other design centers around the world.
The Order Management Coordinator (OMC) has the responsibility for managing customer order activity through the order fulfillment cycle. Responds to customer inquiries by researching status for shipments, past dues and expedites. The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, and requires independent analysis, decision-making skills and using prior experiences and knowledge of company policies and procedures to resolve non-standard problems.
Account Management for the North America VAR channel including sales and demand generation efforts, relationship management, and interface to Distributors. Provide a specific tactical and strategic focus on assigned VAR’s in the territory driving YoY growth with VAR partners. Assist in developing, recruiting and growing VAR partners by vertical segment to ensure adequate coverage for each.
The Associate Product Manager will assist with Product Management efforts for defined portfolio working closely with Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams to meet product line growth and profitability objectives. Assist in developing strategies to adjust and promote various product lines to improve revenues and create demand for the assigned suite of products and services. Define product requirements and manage portfolio products through their entire lifecycle. Understand broader market trends to identify customer needs, key product enhancements, and new product development.
