Provide core development of backend cnMaestro features across the router and server components. Design and architect new features that will be added to the product. Collaborate with the Wi-Fi and PMP teams to integrate their products into the cnMaestro infrastructure and provide differentiation for cnMaestro from our competition.
Develop radio control and datapath related software features on our cnPilot series of WiFi Access Points. Drive 802.11ax access point development. Own radio performance and features.
Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and port radio driver and control software for our Enterprise Wi-Fi Access Points.
- Be responsible for interoperability, performance, stability and scalability of the Access Points.
- Work with product management to help define AP roadmap, plan out features and drive schedule of deliveries.
- Working closely with QA team members to resolve issues, advise on testing methods.

The Regional Technical Managers are the pre-sales team responsible to champion Cambium’s technical attributes to end-user customers, channel partners, and system integrators. They provide a crucial link between customer or channel and our product managers, thereby becoming a focal point in all things technical between the go to market team and our customers. Technical managers will be equally tasked between training and developing individual pre-sales teams within Cambium’s channel eco-system, as well as providing pre-sales support in order to close or expand a wireless broadband project.
The primary objective of the Supply Operations team is to ensure that the Cambium Networks supply chain is focused on supporting the needs of business; through the timely delivery of high quality and cost effective products from a competitive supply base while adhering to global trade and compliance requirements.
The Solution Architect will be responsible for managing customer reported issues for Cambium PMP and PTP products. Primary responsibilities include resolving complex RF and data networking issues reported by Cambium customers.

Manage experienced cross-functional engineering teams responsible for PMP hardware designs. Provide technical leadership in all phases of product development, including product definition, architecture, system, validation, layout/layout supervision, lab debug and production support for local and global teams.

The Product Manager is responsible for vision, strategy, end-to-end life cycle management, and market development support of a product line in alignment with Cambium Networks strategic vision.
